Chapter 645C - Appraisers of Real Estate and Appraisal Management Companies
NRS 645C.067 - "Federally related transaction" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 645C.067 (2022)
"Federally related transaction" means any financial transaction related to real estate which:
1. A federal financial institutions regulatory agency or the Resolution Trust Corporation engages in, contracts for or regulates; and
2. Requires the services of an appraiser.
