Chapter 641C - Alcohol, Drug and Gambling Counselors
NRS 641C.300 - Waiver of examination for person who holds license or certificate as clinical alcohol and drug counselor or alcohol and drug counselor in another jurisdiction.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 641C.300 (2022)

The Board may issue a license or certificate without examination to a person who holds a license or certificate as a clinical alcohol and drug counselor or an alcohol and drug counselor in another state, a territory or possession of the United States or the District of Columbia if the requirements of that jurisdiction at the time the license or certificate was issued are deemed by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the requirements set forth in the provisions of this chapter.
