Chapter 641C - Alcohol, Drug and Gambling Counselors
NRS 641C.110 - "Problem gambling" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 641C.110 (2022)
"Problem gambling" means persistent and recurrent maladaptive behavior relating to gambling that causes disruptions in any major area of life, including, without limitation, the psychological, social or vocational areas of life.
