Chapter 636 - Optometry
NRS 636.170 - Examination: Prohibition on participation of member of Board who represents general public in preparing, conducting or grading examination.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 636.170 (2022)
The member of the Board who is a representative of the general public shall not participate in preparing, conducting or grading any examination required by the Board.
