Chapter 630 - Physicians, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, Perfusionists and Practitioners of Respiratory Care
NRS 630.2735 - Initial license: Requirements for simultaneous license to practice as physician assistant issued by State Board of Osteopathic Medicine; fees. [Effective January 1, 2022.]

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 630.2735 (2022)

A person applying for a license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 633 of NRS must:

1. Indicate in the application that he or she wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 633 of NRS;

2. Apply for a license to practice as a physician assistant to:

(a) The Board pursuant to this chapter; and

(b) The State Board of Osteopathic Medicine pursuant to chapter 633 of NRS; and

3. Pay all applicable fees, including, without limitation:

(a) The fee for application for and issuance of a simultaneous license as a physician assistant pursuant to NRS 630.268; and

(b) The application and initial simultaneous license fee for a physician assistant pursuant to NRS 633.501.
