Chapter 630 - Physicians, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, Perfusionists and Practitioners of Respiratory Care
NRS 630.257 - Reexamination of licensee who does not practice medicine for certain period.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 630.257 (2022)
If a licensee does not engage in the practice of medicine for a period of more than 24 consecutive months, the Board may require the licensee to take the same examination to test medical competency as that given to applicants for a license.
