Chapter 613 - Employment Practices
NRS 613.810 - "Airport hospitality operation" defined. [Effective through the later of the date on which the Governor terminates the emergency described in the Declaration of Emergency for COVID-19 issued on March 12, 2020, or August 31, 2022.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 613.810 (2022)
1. "Airport hospitality operation" means a business that provides food and beverage, retail or other consumer goods or services to the public at an airport.
2. The term does not include an air carrier which has been issued an air carrier operating certificate by the Federal Aviation Administration.
