Chapter 611 - Employment Agencies and Offices
NRS 611.420 - Written application for issuance or renewal of license must be on approved form.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 611.420 (2022)
An applicant for the issuance or renewal of a license must submit to the Labor Commissioner a written application upon a form provided by the Labor Commissioner.
