NRS 598A.410 - Authority of Attorney General to issue investigative demand.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 598A.410 (2022)
Nothing in NRS 598A.290 to 598A.430, inclusive, limits the power of the Attorney General to issue an investigative demand in connection with an investigation of a suspected violation of the provisions of this chapter pursuant to NRS 598A.100.
