Chapter 597 - Miscellaneous Trade Regulations and Prohibited Acts
NRS 597.7632 - "Online food order" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 597.7632 (2022)
"Online food order" means a transaction in which a user, through a food delivery service platform, purchases food from a food dispensing establishment and arranges for the same-day delivery or same-day pickup of such food.
