Chapter 597 - Miscellaneous Trade Regulations and Prohibited Acts
NRS 597.175 - Term of contract or agreement that alters or waives provisions void and unenforceable.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 597.175 (2022)
Any term of a contract or other agreement that attempts to alter or waive any provision of NRS 597.120 to 597.180, inclusive, is void and unenforceable.
