Chapter 583 - Meat, Fish, Produce, Poultry and Eggs
NRS 583.277 - "Custom processing establishment" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 583.277 (2022)
"Custom processing establishment" means a fixed facility that slaughters or processes livestock or poultry for or upon request by the owner or person in lawful possession of the livestock or poultry at the facility. The term does not include an official establishment.
