Chapter 583 - Meat, Fish, Produce, Poultry and Eggs
NRS 583.218 - "Farm owner or operator" defined. [Effective July 1, 2022.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 583.218 (2022)
"Farm owner or operator" means a person who owns a farm or controls the operations of a farm.
