Chapter 581 - Weights and Measures
NRS 581.030 - Director of State Department of Agriculture ex officio State Sealer of Consumer Equitability; enforcement of chapter. [Effective through December 31, 2021.] Director of State Department of Agriculture ex officio State Sealer of Measurement Standards; enforcement of chapter. [Effective January 1, 2022.]

The Director of the State Department of Agriculture, as ex officio State Sealer of Consumer Equitability, shall enforce the provisions of this chapter.
