Chapter 512 - Inspection and Safety of Mines
NRS 512.004 - "Administrator" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 512.004 (2022)
"Administrator" means the Administrator of the Division of Industrial Relations of the Department of Business and Industry.
