Chapter 501 - Administration and Enforcement
NRS 501.089 - "Trap" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 501.089 (2022)
"Trap" means a device that is designed, built or made to close upon or hold fast any portion of an animal. The term does not include any device that is designed, built or made to close upon or hold fast any vertebrate pest as defined in NRS 555.005.
