Chapter 487 - Repair, Removal and Disposal of Vehicles
NRS 487.555 - Applicability.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 487.555 (2022)
The provisions of NRS 487.530 to 487.690, inclusive, do not apply to a service station that is exclusively engaged in the business of selling motor vehicle fuel, lubricants or goods unrelated to the repair of motor vehicles.
