Chapter 484B - Rules of the Road
NRS 484B.827 - "Traffic stop" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 484B.827 (2022)
"Traffic stop" means any occasion when the driver of a motor vehicle is halted by a law enforcement officer for an alleged traffic violation or infraction.
