Chapter 483 - Drivers’ Licenses; Driving Schools and Driving Instructors
NRS 483.067 - "Electric bicycle" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 483.067 (2022)
"Electric bicycle" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 484B.017. The term does not include a moped or an electric scooter, as defined in NRS 482.0295.
