Chapter 482 - Motor Vehicles and Trailers: Licensing, Registration, Sales and Leases
NRS 482.0287 - "Electric bicycle" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 482.0287 (2022)
"Electric bicycle" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 484B.017. The term does not include a moped or an electric scooter.
