Chapter 480 - Administration of Laws Relating to Public Safety
NRS 480.170 - Deposit of money collected or received by State Fire Marshal Division.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 480.170 (2022)
Money collected or received by the State Fire Marshal Division pursuant to chapter 477 of NRS must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the appropriate account of the Division.
