Chapter 439B - Restraining Costs of Health Care
NRS 439B.830 - "Unique identifier" defined. [Effective January 1, 2022.]

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 439B.830 (2022)

"Unique identifier" means an identifier that is guaranteed to be unique for a patient and can be used to track information relating to the patient but is not a direct patient identifier.
