Chapter 439B - Restraining Costs of Health Care
NRS 439B.712 - "In-network provider" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 439B.712 (2022)
"In-network provider" means, for a particular covered person, a provider of health care that has entered into a provider contract with a third party for the provision of health care to the covered person.
