Chapter 435 - Persons with Intellectual Disabilities and Developmental Disabilities
NRS 435.535 - "Administrative officer" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 435.535 (2022)
"Administrative officer" means a person with overall executive and administrative responsibility for a facility that provides services relating to intellectual disabilities or developmental disabilities and that is operated by any public or private entity.
