Chapter 435 - Persons with Intellectual Disabilities and Developmental Disabilities
NRS 435.455 - Contracts with hospital or other institution for care of persons.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 435.455 (2022)
The Division may, by contract with hospitals or other institutions having adequate facilities in the State of Nevada, provide for inpatient care of persons with intellectual disabilities or persons with developmental disabilities.
