Chapter 435 - Persons with Intellectual Disabilities and Developmental Disabilities
NRS 435.115 - Schedule of fees for services.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 435.115 (2022)
The Administrator shall establish a fee schedule, subject to the approval of the Director of the Department, for services rendered to persons with intellectual disabilities and persons with developmental disabilities by the Division.
