Chapter 432B - Protection of Children From Abuse and Neglect
NRS 432B.4012 - "Children’s advocacy center" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 432B.4012 (2022)
"Children’s advocacy center" means a public or private entity that provides an environment friendly to children where multidisciplinary teams work to:
1. Investigate and help children recover from abuse and neglect; and
2. Hold perpetrators of abuse and neglect of children accountable.
