Chapter 424 - Foster Homes for Children
NRS 424.272 - "Child" defined. [Effective January 1, 2022.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 424.272 (2022)
As used in NRS 424.272 to 424.278, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, "child" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 432C.030.
