Chapter 424 - Foster Homes for Children
NRS 424.0113 - "Child" defined. [Effective January 1, 2024.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 424.0113 (2022)
"Child" means a person who is less than 18 years of age or who participates in the Extended Young Adult Support Services Program established pursuant to NRS 432B.5919.
