Chapter 422A - Welfare and Supportive Services
NRS 422A.479 - Vacancy. [Effective January 1, 2022.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 422A.479 (2022)
Any member appointed by the State Treasurer to fill a vacancy in the appointed membership of the Nevada Statewide Council on Financial Independence occurring before the expiration of a term shall be appointed by the State Treasurer for the remainder of the unexpired term.
