Chapter 422 - Health Care Financing and Policy
NRS 422.27173 - State Plan for Medicaid: Inclusion of requirement for payment of certain costs for examination of pregnant women for discovery of chlamydia trachomatis, gonorrhea, hepatitis B, hepatitis C and syphilis.

The Director shall include in the State Plan for Medicaid a requirement that the State must pay the nonfederal share of expenditures incurred for the examination of a pregnant woman for the discovery of:
1. Chlamydia trachomatis, gonorrhea, hepatitis B and hepatitis C in accordance with NRS 442.013.
2. Syphilis in accordance with NRS 442.010.
