Chapter 42 - Damages
NRS 42.220 - "Dependents" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 42.220 (2022)
"Dependents" include a payee’s spouse and minor children and all other persons for whom the payee is legally obligated to provide support, including, without limitation, alimony.
