Chapter 412 - State Militia
NRS 412.014 - "Office" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 412.014 (2022)
"Office" means the Office of the Military, including, without limitation, the Nevada Army National Guard, the Nevada Air National Guard and the Division of Emergency Management.
