Chapter 397 - Western Regional Education Compact
NRS 397.0615 - Stipend to be provided to participant.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 397.0615 (2022)
Financial support provided to a participant must be provided in the form of a stipend that the participant is not required to repay, except as otherwise provided in NRS 397.0645.
