Chapter 388A - Charter Schools
NRS 388A.462 - Prohibition on charter school sponsored by school district enrolling pupils outside district in program of distance education.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 388A.462 (2022)
A charter school that is sponsored by a school district and that offers a full-time program of distance education may not enroll a pupil in the program who does not reside in that school district.
