Chapter 379 - Public Libraries
NRS 379.144 - Transfer of money to regional library.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 379.144 (2022)
The treasurer or other fiscal officer of the other participating political subdivisions shall transfer to the treasurer of the regional library all moneys collected for regional public library purposes in their respective political subdivisions, in accordance with a joint agreement.
