Chapter 363D - Tax on Gross Revenue of Gold and Silver Mining Businesses
NRS 363D.060 - "Nevada gross revenue" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 363D.060 (2022)
"Nevada gross revenue" means the gross revenue of a business entity from engaging in a business in this State, as adjusted pursuant to NRS 363D.170 and sitused to this State pursuant to NRS 363D.180.
