Chapter 363C - Commerce Tax
NRS 363C.050 - "Loan" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 363C.050 (2022)
"Loan" means any extension of credit or the purchase in whole or in part of an extension of credit from another person, including, without limitation, participations and syndications.
