Chapter 354 - Local Financial Administration
NRS 354.598814 - Limitations on fees applicable to public utilities: "Fee" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 354.598814 (2022)
"Fee" means a charge imposed by a city or county upon a public utility for a business license, franchise or right-of-way over streets or other public areas, except any charge paid pursuant to the provisions of NRS 709.110, 709.230 or 709.270.
