Chapter 318A - Parks, Trails and Open Space Districts
NRS 318A.340 - Contribution by local government.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 318A.340 (2022)
Any local government located within the boundaries of a district may contribute any part of its revenues for the support of the facilities, improvements or projects of the district.
