NRS 298.710 - Cost of presidential preference primary election. [Effective January 1, 2022.]

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 298.710 (2022)

The cost of a presidential preference primary election is a charge against the State and must be paid from the Reserve for Statutory Contingency Account upon recommendation by the Secretary of State and approval by the State Board of Examiners.
