Chapter 293 - Elections
NRS 293.8811 - "Affected election" or "election" defined. [Effective through December 31, 2021.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293.8811 (2022)
"Affected election" or "election" means a primary election, primary city election, general election, general city election or special election which, in accordance with the provisions of NRS 293.8821, is deemed to be an affected election that is subject to the provisions of NRS 293.8801 to 293.8887, inclusive.
