Chapter 293 - Elections
NRS 293.0771 - "Presidential preference primary election" defined. [Effective January 1, 2022.]

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293.0771 (2022)

"Presidential preference primary election" means an election held in a presidential election year pursuant to NRS 298.600 to 298.720, inclusive, to determine the preferences of the registered voters of a major political party regarding the party’s nominee for President of the United States.
