Chapter 278 - Planning and Zoning
NRS 278.0105 - "Affordable housing" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 278.0105 (2022)
"Affordable housing" means tier one affordable housing, tier two affordable housing or tier three affordable housing.
