Chapter 271 - Local Improvements
NRS 271.6305 - "Program guide" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 271.6305 (2022)
"Program guide" means the comprehensive document adopted by a governing body pursuant to NRS 271.6325 that sets forth standard forms and establishes any appropriate guidelines, specifications and criteria for the underwriting and approval of a qualified improvement project.
