Chapter 268 - Powers and Duties Common to Cities and Towns Incorporated Under General or Special Laws
NRS 268.801 - "District" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 268.801 (2022)
As used in NRS 268.801 to 268.808, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, "district" means a district created to defray the cost of improving a central business area.
