Chapter 268 - Powers and Duties Common to Cities and Towns Incorporated Under General or Special Laws
NRS 268.0025 - "Incorporated city" and "city" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 268.0025 (2022)
"Incorporated city" or "city" means a city organized pursuant to the provisions of chapter 266 of NRS or incorporated pursuant to a special charter.
