Chapter 247 - County Recorders
NRS 247.600 - Civil penalty.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 247.600 (2022)
In addition to any penalty imposed pursuant to NRS 247.580 or 247.590, the court may order a person who commits an act described in those sections to pay a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed $2,500 for each act.
