Chapter 247 - County Recorders
NRS 247.330 - Fees payable in advance.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 247.330 (2022)
A county recorder shall not record any document, furnish any copies or render any other service connected with his or her office, until the fees for the services, as prescribed by law, are paid or tendered.
