Chapter 232 - State Departments
NRS 232.290 - Definitions.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 232.290 (2022)
As used in NRS 232.290 to 232.4983, inclusive, unless the context requires otherwise:
1. "Department" means the Department of Health and Human Services.
2. "Director" means the Director of the Department.
